Who is Jeff Lewis

The owner/operator, Jeff Lewis, has worked in the restaurant field for over 30 years with a focus on event catering since 2008.

Jeff attended a business college, getting his degree in Restaurant/Hospitality Management. With a plan to open his own business, he worked and moved his way through the different types of restaurant industries, learning all aspects of the business.

In 2009 he opened his first business, Quincy’s Coffeehouse. While there, and based upon customer feedback and requests, he expanded his menu to include catering options for events. In 2012 he closed Quincy’s to provide care for his mother and raise his newborn daughter…Casey Jane. While becoming a stay-at-home father, he continued to cater for family and friends until 2017 when he designed, opened, and built out his current certified kitchen.

Today Casey J’s Catering is operated out of that kitchen. Jeff’s passion for cooking, attention to details, and creativity has enabled him to be successful in providing quality meals and service for many different types of parties and events. He is very loyal and trustworthy with his family and friends, and recognizes the importance of putting those traits to work with his clients.

Always the perfectionist, he enjoys the challenges and opportunities to create and provide meals for different events and loves the immediate gratification of watching people enjoy his food. Jeff looks forward to hearing from you and helping in your events success…
