With a plan to open his own business, he worked and moved his way through the different types of restaurant industries, learning all aspects of the business. \n\n<p>In 2009 he opened his first business, Quincy\u2019s Coffeehouse. While there, and based upon customer feedback and requests, he expanded his menu to include catering options for events. In 2012 he closed Quincy\u2019s to provide care for his mother and raise his newborn daughter\u2026Casey Jane. While becoming a stay-at-home father, he continued to cater for family and friends until 2017 when he designed, opened, and built out his current certified kitchen. \n<p>Today Casey J\u2019s Catering is operated out of that kitchen. Jeff\u2019s passion for cooking, attention to details, and creativity has enabled him to be successful in providing quality meals and service for many different types of parties and events.
